MPs respond to the Parliament"s request on the recusal of the Constitutional Court judges in case of o Rustavi 2.

The majority claims that the official, 13-page letter was filed by them and they hope for a fair judgment.

The motion is criticized by the Free Democrats. Shalva Shavgulidze said that the Parliament is casting doubt on the impartiality of the judges of the Constitutional Court.

"Parliament should not take such a decision, since it has some political motivation," - said Shalva.

The decision is unacceptable for the National Movement.

The Parliament requests the two judges to be overridden in relation to the Rustavi 2 complaints. .
