Environment and  Natural Resources Minister has responded to the Parliament"s request regarding recusal of the Constitutional Court"s judges on Rustavi 2 case.

Gigla Agulashvili claims that he found a lot of argument in the appeal, accordingly, the letter should be shared.

"I read this statement, I would like to tell you that I saw quite a lot of argument. And therefore this massage of the Parliament, in my opinion,should be shared, "- said Gigla Agulashvili.

The Parliament requires the recusal of the judges of the Constitutional Court in the case of Rustavi-2. The motion regards the two judges Konstantin Vardzelashvili and Maya Kopaleishvili.
