The Chairman of the Constitutional Court comments on the petition of the parliament. Giorgi Papuashvili states that the constitutional Court has already received the electronic version of an appeal.

As Chairman of the Constitutional Court underlined,  the impact of the personal relations on the judges of the Constitutional court has not ever been questioned, but the court is obliged to consider the petition.

"I think that nobody doubted the decisions of the Constitutional Court"s decisions during this period. But if they have addressed with the motion, we are obliged to consider it,  even if  we are sure that the personal relations don"t influence the judges, "- said Zaza Papuashvili.

The Chairman of the Constitutional Court  can not recall a precedent of judge"s recusal in the near future.

According to the procedure  the Constitutional Court will consider whether it is subject to the issue of jurisdiction of Georgia. After that the motion  on the temporary suspension of the norm will be discussed.
