A Defense Minister commented on the appeal sent by the parliament to the Constitutional Court. Tina Khidasheli believes that the decisions taken by both-  the constitutional and civil courts were made incorrectly, non-transparent and with the abuse the power of court.

" Both decisions were taken shamefully, without attendance of the sides. It is not right. It doesn"t serve any progress, does not help to solve the problem,"-said Tina Khidasheli.
