City Court to consider "Rustavi 2" appeal on appointment of interim managers

The verdict of Tamaz Urtmelidze of November 5 will be appealed today in the City Court by TV Georgia and Karamanishvili brothers` attorneys.

According to the lawyers, the appointment of the temporary management in Rustavi 2 is unconstitutional.

"As long as the complaint is in the review process, we also ask for the suspension of the judgment, in order to avoid even more damage to the company," - said the attorney Zaza Bibilashvili.

The appeal of the verdict will be considered still by Tamaz Urtmelidze . He has 20 days for that.

If the judge finds that the complaint should be rejected, the appeal has to be sent to the Court of Appeal to continue the dispute.
