Young Lawyers Association has revealed violations on October 31 by-elections, including central and local government involvement in the election campaign, the physical confrontation in the vicinity of polling stations, provocative actions of supporters of the opposition candidate"s , as well as passive and ineffective law enforcement response.

According to the NGO, such facts confirm the need for electoral reform ahead of 2016 parliamentary elections in the majoritarian election system, as well as regulation of special district`s issue.
