A Deputy Director General of Rustavi2 was planning to visit a notary but the Notary Bureau, where the temporary managers registered a power of attorney on Zaal Udumashvili, was closed. The employees haven"t answered on the question why the Bureau was closed an hour and half before the end of the working day.
