Nika Gvaramia explained his comments on the National Agency of Public Registry.  Nika Gvaramia states that he relied   on David Dvali"s and Revaz Sakhevarishvili"s announcements while stating that the document was registered illegally by the National Agency of Public Registry.

"I would like  to clarify my position on the National Agency of Public Registry  and apologize. Due to lack of time we were not able to check up if this document was  registered. In any case it is not published on the website of the agency.  I hope that it is because the document is not registered, "- said Nika Gvaramia.
