The notarized document, according to which Zaal Udumashvili refuses to fulfill the obligations that the temporary managers assigned to him by granting power of attorney, has been filed at the Public Registry.

The document on power of attorney was comiled without Udumashvili`s consent and signature. The temporary managers have announced their decision at the press conference today. According to this document, Rustavi 2 Deputy Director-General is responsible for all the financial obligations. Zaal Udumashvili has not been handed this document and its content is still unknown to the deputy director.

At the same time, David Dvali and Revaz Sakevarishvili said they disagreed withTamaz Urtmelidze`s decision, according to which the interim administration entered the company.
According to this ruling all the obligations, connected with Rustavi 2 functioning, including the financial obligations, were personal responsibility of David Dvali and Revaz Sakevarishvili. Interim managers are liable for any damage to the Company with their personal assets.
