David Dvali and Revaz Sakevarishvili remain responsible for Rustavi 2 functioning after the rejection of the offer by Zaal Udumashvili.
Lawyers have explained that imposing secretly and unilaterally a liability to the other person in such an important case should not have happened . The same position is shared by the non-governmental sector.

According to the opposition, the provisional government appointed by the judge is not interested in normal working of the Rustavi 2. According to them, Dvali Saqevarishvili`s sole purpose is thier own reputation.
