At this moment Rustavi 2 trial is about to begin. The hearing in the Constitutional Court went on all day long yesterday . Three motions raised by the Parliament were not satisfied by judges. The plaintiff and defendant parties had to answer questions for three hours.

The hearing will continue today with the same procedures. Finally, the judges have to decide whether the Constitutional Court receives the appeal of the lawyers to suspend Urtmelidze`s decision on Rustavi 2 into production.
