NGOs responded to Ivanishvili . Civil society members criticized the former prime minister because of his comments on the civil sector.

As you know, today they released a joint statement.

"If there is any organization, or any actor in the civil sector that pollutes Georgia , it is mostly informal ruling, which creates serious problems for democracy in the country", - said the representative of the Democratic Initiative, Giorgi Mshvenieridze.

"Article 42 of the Constitution"s" lawyer, Dmitry Khachidze believes that Ivanishvili"s statements, criticism of the civil sector are harming the country"s image and its democratic development, especially, in the light of the first official visit to Georgia of the European Commissioner.
