Paata Salia, Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer will decide tomorrow whether he will appeal the decision. According to  Salia, he has to negotiate with Khalvashi.

" We have the opportunity to appeal against this decision, but I will be able to comment on the details tomorrow.

At this stage I can not tell you which legal procedures could be used but the decision will not take effect immediately. I do not know what decision was taken in regard to suspension of  Sakhevarishvili"s  authority  or if it must be implemented immediately.  I think that this decision has restored the status before the November 5 decision. The suspended authority of the Director General and Financial Director has been restored. In any case, whether it is the company"s directors, or temporary managers, they have to  represent the Tax returns on November 15,"- said Paata Salia.
