Constitutional Court"s decision on "Rustavi 2" case may become known today

The Constitutional Court will listen to expert`s opinion on Rustavi 2 case who was invited at the request of the Parliament.The decision of the panel of judges on the complaint filed by the lawyers on behalf of the brothers Karamanishvilis and TV Sakartvelo may become known today.

The lawyers are demanding the suspension of the procedure for the provision, according to which based on the November 5 ruling Davit Dvali and Revaz Sakevarishvili were appointed temporary managers in Rustavi 2.
If the Court suspends the norm, Tamaz Urtmelidze`s yesterday"s decision and the decision of November 5 cannot be enforced.
