Whether to appeal against City Court ruling , according to which the interim managers` authority was canceled, David Dvali and Jarji Akimidze have not yet decided. Dvali said they were waiting for the document.

As for the Constitutional Court hearing of the case, he believes that its decision may completely change the events arround Rustavi 2.

Dvali has also explained that at his initiative the meeting with the Chairman of the Young Lawyers`Association was held and he didnot exclude the possibility of meeting with representatives of other organizations next week.
Jarji Akimidze commented as well. In his opinion, the City Court has received a relevant decision in this situation.

"I think that the Court, to everyone"s surprise, has found the way out" - said Jarji Akimidze.
