Lawyers are preparing to protest.They will not carry out obligatory defence if the act of violence towards lawyer George Mdinaradze, that occurred in Saburtalo police department N5, is not timely and impartially investigated on the 5th.

Hence, the "Legal Aid Council," addresses the Parliament Speaker. They are calling on Parliament to use all of the resources so that law enforcement agencieseffectively investigate the case and the guilty policemen are brought to justice.

According to "Legal Aid Council", this has not been an effective investigation and alleged offenders are not detained .
