A next year"s draft budget of the City Council is unacceptable for all opposition parties. Tamar Tsintsabadze, a member of Nino Burdjanadze"s party and a member of the City Council states that she will not support the next year"s budget.

" Population is impoverished and the City Hall increases salary for administration and Board staff. It will amount to 3.4 million," said Tamar Tsintsibadze.

The draft budget is unacceptable for the independent MPs too. Aleko Elisashvili states that the budget is poorly drawn. Esliashvili focuses on two issues. According to him , there are 200 damaged building in the capital and 19 millions are allocated for them. Elisashvili also focused on the project of Pushkin street which should be implemented , but still is not carried out.
