Traffic has been suspended on a section of the Zhinvali – Barisakho - Shatili highway after a landslide blocked the road at the 96th km near Giorgitsminda village.

According to the Roads Department, heavy rainfall triggered the landslide, prompting authorities to temporarily ban all vehicle movement through the affected area.
