A message to Georgians" is the title of the video,released first by the Russian-language website "Puradm"and later by the Georgian site "Khaliphate Worldpres" .
The address in the Georgian language depicts four persons two of whom address the Georgian people, including Muslims and call for protection of Islam and threat with beheadeing in case of actions against Islam.
The"Courier" has identified three persons int he video. These are :Robiko Paksadze, Badri Iremadze and Mamuka Antadze from Ozurgeti district. They were settled in Guria a few years ago as eco-migrants .
The parents say that they have no contact with their children and have no information about how they got to the Islamic State.
Another person involved in the video is Khvicha Gobadze, who is originally from Batumi. His father Ilya Gobadze says that Khvicham left Georgia 2 months ago.
The Pankisi elders responded to the Jihad threat released today. Khaso Khangoshvili said the video was recorded to threaten the community.
