Vladimir Putin"s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov commented on the Russian aircraft shot down in Syria by Turkey.
According to him "Would be wrong to make any assessments until looking into the whole picture." According to him, he needs more information till making any assessment.

Peskov did not comment on the possible cancellation of the Foreign Minister"s visit to Turkey.
