A Chairman of " the Confederation of Peoples of the Caucasus" commented on the video, released by ISIS. Zaal Kasrelishvili does not rule out that the individuals on the video act independently from the field commanders.

According to Zaal Kasrelishvili the preventive security measures should be increased in Pankisi, Kvemo Kartli and Adjara.
