During the preparatory work and the ongoing events dedicated to "Tbilisoba", from 12:00 on September 19 to 12:00 on September 22, the movement of cars and public transport will be restricted on Kosta Khetagurovi Street.

"The restriction will apply to the road section from the area adjacent to the Wissol gas station to the intersection of Kokhta Khetagurovi and Guram Sagharadze streets.

During the specified period, movement of vehicles from Noe Zhordania embankment to Nikoloz Baratashvili Bridge and in the opposite direction will remain unchanged, in accordance with the current situation.

In addition, movement from Shota Gamtsemlidze Street in the direction of Kosta Khetagurovi Street will be completely restricted, at which time movement will be possible using Nino Chkheidze Street.

As for public transport, buses: N323, N333, N359, N395 and minibuses: N462, N522 and N536 will operate from Javakhishvili Street to Baratashvili Street along Noe Zhordania via the embankment, after which they will connect to Baratashvili Street via the Baratashvili Bridge. When returning, they will similarly use the Noe Zhordania embankment and connect to Javakhishvili Street, after which they will move according to the established scheme.
