A government adopted a secret document, which states that there is no threat of terrorism in Georgia. The Security and Crisis Management Council made a conclusion based on the data, provided by the  Georgian special services. The criteria for risk assessment are not known.

A public part of the document will be published this year.

Batu Kutelia, who has been working on the Security issues for years, believes that more or less the threat existed always.

NGOs also talk about the threat of terrorism . They believe that the government should pay special attention to those regions where Muslims live.
