NGOs criticize Shotadze for uninvestigated cases and selective justice.

In their opinion, Shotadze as a Prosecutor General will not be able to manage the agency independently and transparenty.

They have no expectation that anything will change in the prosecutor"s office, judging by the selection procedures of the prosecutor general which as they said, was not transparent.
