The security measures in connection with World Climate Change Conference in Paris are unprecedented. Today, 147 of the world"s leaders will gather in the French capital, which is why the city mobilized more than 2 800 police officers.

The United States President, Barack Obama, has already arrived in Paris who today together with his French counterpart visited the Bataklan Concert Hall where the terrorist attacks of November 13 took place.

The Russian and Turkish presidents are expected in Paris in a few hours. Their face to face encounter is not ruled out which will be the first communication of the leaders of the two countries after Turkey"s downed Russian plane.
