Court of Appeal overturned ruling by Judge Urtmelidze on appointing “Rustavi 2” temporary management

The Court of Appeal has completely abolished the 5 November decision by Judge Tamaz Urtmelidze concerning the appointment of the temporary management. The Court has turned down demand by Davit Dvali on his removal from the list of temporary management.

The court allowed "Rustavi 2" to rent out individual studios, to sign lease agreements, including renting of movable property. The contract may not exceed three months.
