Paata Salia, a Kibar Khalvashi"s attorney has responded to the decision of the Court of Appeal on the  "Rustavi 2" case.

Paata Salia said the court"s decision in the part, where the limitations has been removed from the rental of equipment, including the requirement, does not change it substantially. Mr. Salia has explained, that before the completion of the case their aim was not to put the company on sale or on some other form of load.
