MIA new initiative-driving lisence limit to be determined by the amount of the fines

According to the new initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, starting from the first of January the validity of the driving licenses shall be determined by the number of penalties.

The statement was made today by Deputy Interior Minister Archil Talakvadze

He said that 100 points will be granted per year that will be deducted with each penalty. After scores equals to 0, the driver will be required to pass a driving license test.
