NGOs protest against the Patriarch"s initiative - they are planning a gathering at government administration

Non-governmental organizations are going to assemble at the government"s administration to protest against government`s support of the Patriarch initiative authorize pardon right.

In their view, this initiative means refuting country"s democracy and weakening of the President`s Institute.
Constitutionalists assess it as the Church"s attempt to gain more power. According to them, if the Constitution is to be amended there will be substantially different constitutional order in the country.

113 votes are needed for constitutional amendments in the parliament, however, NGOs and constitutionalists hope that the Parliament will not support this initiative.
