"Rustavi 2" Lawyers Accuse Judge Urtmelidze of one more illegal action

Rustavi 2"s lawyers accused Tamaz Urtmelidze of one more illegal action. According to them, the judge should have sent the appeal on the seizure of shares of TV Sakartvelo Ltd and restrictions imposed on other rights to the Court of Appeal.

5-day period expired on November 8. As a result, the seizure imposed on the shares is still in force and Rustavi 2 has been restricted in the right to receive 6 million.

TV Sakartvelo was planning to sell the company"s shares and the buyer, in his turn, would make the investment in the subsidiary company Rustavi 2.

According to Rustavi 2 lawyer Tamta Muradashvili, Urtmelidze has once again, deprived the owners of the right for a fair trial and inflicted material losses for Rustavi 2.
