The Constitutional Court starts the consideration of the appeal preapred within the framework of the campaign "This Concerns You" .

The court will listen to the plaintiff and the defendant`s arguments on the substantive issues. The Court will listen to the experts and the specialists positions.

Civil society representatives said that listening to citizens without a court order is unconstitutional.
