Minister of Internal Affairs Sulkhan Tamazashvili, together with First Deputy, Roni Meskhi, visited Shida Kartli Police Department, where he held a working meeting and introduced the new director, Police Colonel Ramaz Tatarashvili, to the employees.

Ramaz Tatarashvili replaced Sergi Bzishvili in the above-mentioned position, who will continue his activities as the head of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Main Division of the Patrol Police Department.

The Minister of Internal Affairs wished the newly appointed director success in his professional activities and received detailed information from the department employees about preventive policing measures in the region.

Ramaz Tatarashvili had previously held the position of the Director of Imereti Police Department. He has multiple years of experience working in leading positions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
