The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure has terminated the contract signed for the design services of the Gurjaani multifunctional complex.

The design services for this project were being carried out by the architectural bureau “Metric”, the winner of the contest. Despite numerous working meetings, verbal, and written warnings from the Fund, the company failed to ensure the necessary progress and achieve results, leading the Fund to terminate the contract.
