Inspectors from the Tbilisi Department of the National Food Agency conducted a state control inspection at the fish smoking enterprise "Kobi Tevzi" LLC (address: 62 Kiziki St., Tbilisi; Identification Code: 400330600).

The inspection revealed both critical and non-critical deficiencies: expired food, and violations of hygiene standards, labeling, and traceability rules.

In addition, the business operator was operating without registration in the Registry of Economic Activities.

In accordance with the legislation, the business operator was fined, and its production process was suspended until the non-compliances are rectified.
