The Tbilisi City Court fully accepted the evidence presented by the Prosecutor`s Office and found three defendants guilty of the illegal purchase, storage and sale of a large amount of narcotics as a group.

The evidence examined during the trial confirmed that the defendants were illegally storing a large amount of the narcotic drug "Alpha-PVP", which they illegally sold in three stages.

The defendants are charged under Article 260, Part 2, Subparagraphs "a", "b" and "d" (illegal purchase and storage of large quantities of narcotic drugs) and Article 260, Part 5, Subparagraphs "a", "b" and "e" (illegal sale of large quantities of narcotic drugs) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The court found all three defendants guilty of the charges and sentenced two individuals to 18 years in prison and one individual to 17 years in prison.
