Almost 9 000 people infected with H1N1 virus in Georgia

248 cases per 100 thousand population - this is the statitistics of the Georgian National Center for Disease on swine flu cases, which means that at this stage almost 9 000 patients were diagnosed with H1N1 virus .

The National Centre of Disease Control explains the indicator at this point is not even close to the epidemic situation. and the peak of the swine flu virus cases is expected in February.

According to official figures, only one person people died of H1N1 in 2016

Hospital plan to declare emergency situation starting from the next week.
