The Deputy Interior Minister publishes the circumstances, according to which he accuses Bidzina Kuchava of murderin of Sameghrelo-Zemo Svaneti Prosecutor. According to Archil Talakvadze guilt of Bidzina Kuchava is actually determined.

In the interest of investigation all the details have not been published.

According to reports, at this point the motive for the murder of a prosecutor is not determined.

Along with the Prosecutor"s Office, the Kuchava Family also tries to find out the truth. They have hired an expert- Maia Nikoleishvili who underlined that he injuries on the victim"s body don"t support the version of suicide.
