13 non-parliamentary parties have declared boycott of Gardabani district election. . The opposition once again required in a special appeal tointroduce amendments to the election legislation and eleminate majority system for the 2016 elections

The addresee of today`s statement besides the  goverment is the parliamentary opposition. The United National Movement is the only political actor, who besides Georgian Dream, has put forward a candidate for the election of governor of Gardabani.
