The incident took place at the parliament building in Tbilisi, where driverse of right steering wheel cars were protesting against the amendments.

The incident happened when MP Tamaz Mechiauri arrived at the building The drivers started whistling.. One driver claims that he was hit by the MP, but there is no video footage of the incident.
Rally against legislative changes regarding right steering wheel cars is still underway. Protesters are car owners ,car dealers and non-governmental organizations as well.
