Russian delegation has continued to boycott the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly and has not arrived for the winter session either, but the opposition representatives are in Strasbourg.

Nearly a year has passed since the main opposition leader, Boris Nemtsov was killed in Moscow and his friends and colleagues who are in Strasbourg today requested from the Assembly to form a special commission, and prepare a report on Nemtsov`s murder as the Russian opposition does not believe in the Russian judicial system.
