Kuchava"s lawyers have already begun to study the case evidence. The case file was handed over to the defense yesterday. The lawyers are planning to undertake specific legal steps after they get aquainted with the evidence.

At the same time, the Kuchava family intend to file a lawsuit against Talakvadze before the end of the week.
The family demands public apology from the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for discrediting Kuchava`s honor and dignity.
