The Human Rights Committee starts consideration of the Ministry of Justice Initiative regardin the legislative norms for homeless children .

The initiative envisages defining the status "homeless child" and government`s appropriate actions in each determined case.

Lawmakers say this is an initiative, which needs the support of Parliament and it is necessary to regulate the existing gaps.
