A hearing of Rustavi2"s case has just resumed at the Constitutional Court. They"ve already listened to the parties - Rustavi 2 and TV Sakartvelo, as well as representatives of parliament.

The lawyers of Rustavi2 and TV Sakartvelo tried to convince the judges that the appealed norm are unconstitutional. Dmitry Sadzaglishvili believes that the norms are not predictable.

Respondent"s position was radically different.
Tamar Meskhia believes that the disputed provisions should not be recognized as unconstitutional, because they give the judge opportunity to take decision independently.
