Protest rally was held in Poti. The Vulnerable families blocked Guria street in Maltakva for several minutes. However, the police soon dispersed the rally.

Vulnerable citizens say that they do not have the means to pay the fees. They have only a common eletricity meter and asked the company to install individual meters.
