The Constitutional Court has completed teh consideration of another appeal of the broadcasting company Rustavi 2 and TV Sakartvelo . Only summarizing sppeches of sides on the so-called Immoral transactions are left. Today, the Constitutional court has been considering the appeal for almost 10 hours. They questioned the plaintiff legal experts.The judges listened to the State University law professor for almost 6 hours . David Kereselidze presented his own detailed position on the disputed provision . His position almost coincided with the position of the plaintiff. Legal expert David Kereselidze believes that this provision is vague and is not strictly limited.
