Gurjaani Court is to define today the preventive measures for three men arrested in the village of Apeni .

The defense will request the unconditional release of the accused from the court hall orrelease on bail. The detainees are accused by police officers of resistance to police, the threats and violence.

Their arrestt was followed by discontent of the local population. Local residents claimed that drunken police severely beat the detainees. The locals demand the release of the arrested youth.

The Interior Ministry reported that thedetainees were under the influence of alcohol during the incident and assaulted police. According to Ministry, the policemen were injured.
