Company offers new wage model for miners on strike

The Ministry of Health is acting as an intermediary between the miners on strike and employers. As the Ministry official said, the negotiation process has been launched.

According to her, the company has introduced the new wage model for workers and promised to strengthen safety regulations as well.

As Elza Jgerenaia claims, the strikers initiative group is satisfied with the proposal.

As the representative of the Ministry of Health Labor Department stated, if necessary processes they will get involved aagain and wll monitor the process.
