"Strike in Tkibuli continues for the seventeenth day . The company is still not willing to compromise. Moreover, it threatens to temporary close  mines  in certain areas.  The state still is not able to take  effective steps to remedy the situation.  A pressure on miners and those citizens , who support them intensified.

We call on  Chiatura, Zestaphoni, Ksani, Rustavi and other industrial cities  as well as the whole Georgia, now miners need your support.  We urge  you to regularly make statements supporting the strikers, hold solidarity demonstrations. We are not going to step back,"- is stated in an announcement, released by the committee of strikers.
