The former chairman of the Tbilisi City Court, Mamuka Akhvlediani met with representatives of non-governmental organizations and had consultation with them on legal issues.

NGOs say that the manner in which Mamuka Akhvlediani was dismissed was illegal, and most of all they emphasized the fact that on Friday the Justice Council is going to hold a meeting, which, according to them, will try to approve a new candidate in an accelerated way.
Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center"s lawyer,Sophie Verdzeuli said that the Council exceeded its authority and violated the law.
