The head of the Bar Association, Zaza Khatiashvili responded to the City Court`s anwer to his statement and stated that the decision made by Mikautadze s a proof of the clan governance.

According to the chairman of the Bar Association, Giorgi Mikautadze nominated by Levan Murusidze for the position of the City Court Chairman jeopardizes the entire judicial system. Zaza Khatiashvili accused Giorgi Mikautadze of forging court decisions .

The City Court assessed this statement of the Chair of the Bar Association as an attempt to discredit judges and mislead the public.
